  Yes. In the spirit of collective trust, our displayed prices are all-inclusive. The figure you see is the definitive total—no surprise levies at checkout, no unexpected tariffs upon delivery. Your financial planning should be as straightforward as a penalty kick.

• By what methods may I contribute to the Collective's treasury?
  The Collective accepts tribute via major Credit Cards, the global network of Western Union, and direct Bank Transfer. Each method is a secure pathway within our guarded digital realm.

• May I pledge my contribution via voice-call?
  To safeguard the treasury of every member, voice-call payments are expressly forbidden. All pledges must be formalized through our secure online gate, ensuring the highest defense against digital malfeasance.

• How is the sanctity of my personal sigil (data) protected?
  Our hall is built upon the unbreakable stones of SSL encryption and PCI-DSS standards. Consider your personal and payment details guarded by the most vigilant sentinels.

📜 Article II: On Dispatch & Passage

• To which realms does the Collective dispatch its wares?
  Our fellowship spans the globe. We dispatch to all known realms, ensuring no fan of Calcio is without their colors. Orders embark from our nearest European chapterhouse for expedited passage.

• What is the expected duration of a standard passage?
  For journeys within the European continent, anticipate a voyage of 7-121 sun cycles (business days). Expeditions to farther lands may take 7-21 cycles, charted by our tracked caravan services.

• May I chart the course of my shipment?
  Indeed. Once your order sets sail, you will receive a missive containing a unique Scroll of Tracking. This scroll allows you to witness its journey in real-time on the courier's own cartographic table.

📜 Article III: On Decrees & Inventory

• Are the storied colors of Milan, Rome, and Naples always in the vault?
  Our vaults are well-stocked, but the demand for legendary crests can eclipse supply during great tournaments. The live status of our inventory is openly displayed on each artifact's page for your counsel.

• May a decree be amended or rescinded once proclaimed?
  A decree may be amended only if the scribes have not yet begun its final inscription (packing). Rescission (cancellation) is permitted within the first hour of its proclamation, provided the caravan has not been marshaled. Contact the Chroniclers (Support) with your decree number with all haste.

📜 Article IV: On Returns & The Covenant

• What is the Covenant of Return?
  The Collective grants a 30-day covenant from delivery for the return of artifacts. They must be in a state identical to their arrival—unworn, with all original seals and tags intact. Artifacts bearing personalized heraldry are bound to their owner unless forged with flaw.

• Does a cost attend the return of an artifact?
  Unless the artifact is flawed or incorrectly bestowed, the cost of its return journey rests with the member. The Collective imposes no additional toll for this service. Once received and verified, treasures will be restored to your coffers via the original path.
